- Free standard shipping on orders over USD $65 (approx. AU $100)
- Free express shipping on orders over USD $100 (approx. AU$150)
The free shipping promotion is valid from the 10th of December 2023 until the 12th of December 2023. Orders placed after this date will not qualify for free shipping.
Applicability:
- Free standard shipping is only applicable on orders over USD $65 during the promotional period.
- To qualify for free express shipping, a minimum purchase of USD $100 is required instead.
- This promotion is exclusively available during the Christmas season within the specified dates and is applicable on all domestic and international orders.
- This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions, except for FREEBIE listings.
The terms and conditions of this promotion are subject to change without prior notice. The promotion may be modified, suspended, or terminated at the discretion of berrymish at any time.

Typical order processing time ranges between 3-7 days unless stated otherwise. Note: orders after a large shop update may take up to 2-3 weeks to process.
Shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances, high traffic holiday periods, worker shortage, and the global pandemic may cause your parcel to arrive later than expected. These circumstances are outside the scope of my shipping policy and as such berrymish will not be held liable for such delays.

International Shipping Options
Delivery estimates are provided in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). Actual delivery times may vary based on factors such as order processing, shipping carrier schedules and holiday period delays.
Delivery options are charged at a flat rate:
- Tier 1: up to 220g
- Tier 2: 220g - 440g
- Tier 3: 440g - 900g

Domestic Shipping (Australia) Options
Delivery estimates are provided in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). Actual delivery times may vary based on factors such as order processing, shipping carrier schedules and holiday period delays.
Delivery options are charged at a flat rate:
- Tier 1: up to 220g
- Tier 2: 220g - 440g
- Tier 3: 440g - 900g
- Small orders are shipped untracked via letter mail. The option to upgrade to tracked shipping is available at checkout
- Larger orders are shipped tracked via Parcel Post by default
Note: I will not re-send any orders sent via untracked letter mail due to limited stocks. If you want to have peace of mind and avoid any potential losses, please upgrade to tracked Parcel Post.
Estimated Delivery: 1-2 weeks via letter mail, 2-5 days via Parcel Post

When will my preorder be shipped?
Please refer to our Preorder Updates page to stay up to date with the current status of the item. If your order contains a preorder item, it will be shipped together once the preorder is in hand.
Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations
- You are entitled to a refund and cancellation within the first 24 hours of placing your order. After the initial 24 hours, all sales are final, and we do not offer any refunds, returns, or exchanges, including preorder items that are taking longer to complete than the advertised estimated timeframe.
- Requesting a refund within the first 24 hours also will incur a 5% re-stocking/cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- By making a purchase, you have agreed to these terms and conditions, and any attempt to circumvent refund policies by issuing a chargeback through your bank or payment provider after the designated refund/cancellation window has passed will be ruled in favor of berrymish.
