Preorder Guide
What is a preorder item?
A preorder item is a product that has not been produced yet or is currently not in stock. By preordering an item, you reserve the item in advance and will be the first to receive it once we have it in hand!
Note: We do not stock S grade pins, but "higher grade" standard pins (A grade) will be reserved for those who preorder. Remaining standard grade pins will be available for purchase once all preorders have been shipped.
Why should you preorder?
Benefits of preordering include:
- guaranteed product, especially for limited edition items such as variant pins
- priority for higher grade pins
- exclusive discounts and bonuses
- updates during the production period
It also helps us, the seller, know the exact amount to order to ensure that there is enough stock for everyone!
Note: limited edition variant pins are a one time run and will not be re-stocked once sold out!
I have a preorder item in my order, when will it ship?
Orders containing a preorder item will ship altogether once the preorder product comes in hand. By placing your order, you agree to wait for the production of the preorder item to be completed before they are shipped out. Otherwise, we suggest you order them separately.
How long do preorder items take?
This depends entirely on the product. It takes roughly:
- 1-2 months for washi tapes and stickers
- 4-10 months for detailed enamel pins
- 2-3 months for standard pins
- up to 6+ months for apparel and household goods
