EU/UK VAT INFO

We are pleased to offer shipping to the EU/UK! Please be aware that orders shipped to the EU/UK are subject to an additional VAT charge on top of the purchase made with us. Any import fees or taxes for importing goods requested by your country will be the buyer's responsibility. These additional fees are not included in the final price.
As the rules and value thresholds differs by country, we invite you to please refer to your country's government website.
Any order returned or not accepted because of import duties left unpaid will require you to pay for re-delivery. All sales are final, and you will not be provided a refund or exchange if you do not pay for re-delivery.
By completing your order, you are agreeing to our Refund Policy and agree to pay for re-delivery in the event that your parcel is returned to us.

Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations

You are entitled to a refund and cancellation within the first 24 hours of placing your order. After the initial 24 hours, all sales are final, and we do not offer any refunds, returns, or exchanges, including preorder items that are taking longer to complete than the advertised estimated timeframe.
Requesting a refund within the first 24 hours also will incur a 5% re-stocking/cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
By making a purchase, you have agreed to these terms and conditions, and any attempt to circumvent refund policies by issuing a chargeback through your bank or payment provider after the designated refund/cancellation window has passed will be ruled in favor of berrymish.
